Handy Manny: Flicker

Manny's uncle gives him a motorbike, but it breaks down. He finds a little flashlight to help him fix it, and invites it to join the tools. They name it Flicker. During the town's 100th anniversary celebrations the town hall floods. While trying to find out where the water's coming from they find a time capsule full of things from the past.
