Self-made millionaire Lord Alan Sugar puts a group of 16 applicants through the toughest challenge of their lives. Each week they are split into teams and given a business challenge. At the end of each challenge one person is fired. The last person standing wins the coveted prize of a six-figure salary and the opportunity to work for one of the most successful business moguls in the world.
