The team reopens a 20-year-old case after receiving a letter pinpointing where the remains of a seven-year-old boy are located. Initial investigations focus on a serial killer who is on death row for murdering another child, but he denies ever touching the victim and the focus of the inquiry shifts when the last person to see the boy alive is found dead.
