Storyville: The Team

Documentary about the attempts of the underdog American team to win the inaugural football Homeless World Cup in Austria. Recruited from the streets of New York, most of them were pushing middle age and bore the scars of years on the street. Players included former punk rock guitarist Harris, Jeff the subway train driver, Harold, a former Puerto Rican boxing champion and Jose, a pro from Peru wrestling an addiction to crack cocaine and the attentions of several ex-wives.
