US animated comedy. Freight Train invites Cleveland to a low-rider vehicle convention and this unexpected show of amiability makes Donna think he might be having a mental breakdown, until Dr Fist is able to give a more accurate diagnosis. Rallo and Cleveland Junior temporarily remove a broken cherry-picker from a building site and use it to carry out good deeds in the neighbourhood.
