The cable company receive two courtside seats to the NBA All Star game in Los Angeles and Mr. Waterman has decided to give them to Cleveland based on his 'hue.' When Donna hears this she demands that Cleveland take her along for the ride. Caught up in the excitement at the game, Cleveland gets rather boisterous and starts heckling the basketball players. Upset by Cleveland's calling out the ultra-sensitive players decide to put Cleveland in his place. Meanwhile, tired of being treated like a second-class citizen just because he is little, Rallo befriends another 'little person' at the grocery store
