Cleveland is concerned that his son is lonely and invites his neighbour Lester's son Lester Ernie around to their house. Ernie gets attached to the family and declares that he wants to live with them rather than with his dad. His dad agrees to this arrangement. Eventually, Cleveland calls social services and tries to help Lester and Ernie work on their relationship
