Being Erica: The Rabbit Hole

The third series of Being Erica comes to E4. When a lonely and depressed Erica first met therapist Dr Tom, he offered her a challenge; if she wanted to solve her problems he could help, but she couldn't back out once she had committed to accepting his help. Erica found herself flung back into her past with the opportunity to change the things that went wrong. For a while, Erica's life started to go somewhere - a new job, a boyfriend. Then she lost it all... In the opening episode to series three Dr Tom sends Erica to the next stage of her treatment; group therapy. Erica must learn to help others as well as herself.
