Using undercover footage recorded in two major hospitals, an investigation into alleged serious failings in UK maternity services. BBC researcher Hayley Cutts worked as a volunteer in Barnet Hospital in London and St Mary's Hospital in Manchester, where she met midwives and patients who felt that understaffing and lack of resources were affecting patient care.
