Little Chefs: Catch of the Day

Top West Country chefs Peter Gorton, Lesley Waters and Matt Corner put their reputations on the line as they coach their very own teams of little chefs in a series of culinary challenges. Today, the teams tackle fish dishes, including Dorset crab cakes, Cornish mackerel and sea bass, with their efforts judged by four ravenous lifeboat crews on Burton Bradstock beach.
