The Scottish chefs serve up their mains and desserts, with two of them taking inspiration from The Wind in the Willows by Edinburgh-born Kenneth Grahame. The first prepares a picnic of enticing morsels including cold chicken, beef cheek and spiced aubergine tart, washed down with ginger beer, while the other transports the chefs to Badger's sett with a candlelight dinner of lamb rack, fresh brioche stuffed with lamb stew, smoked yoghurt and pickled elderberry sauce. Meanwhile, the third pays homage to Desperate Dan and his favourite food of cow pie in a refined beef cheek pie with onion crumb puff pastry and glazed vegetables. Which one will impress the judges the most?
