Extreme Dreams with Ben Fogle: Peru

Five would-be explorers set out to find the Lost City of the Incas in Peru. Mia is still missing and the group make the gutwrenching decision to leave where they last saw her. An hour later they find her, happily sitting on a big rock, birdwatching. Howard is still struggling, with the endless ups and downs taking their toll on him. Day 6 is another dreadful day for Shelley as, once again high up in the mountains, they decide that to make up time they need to get on to their emergency mules.
