Radio 3 in Concert: Dance to Ravel and Strauss

Recorded in early January of this year in the Kuppelsaal in Hanover, Andrew Manze and the NDR Radio Philharmonic Orchestra celebrate the New Year with a programme of dance music. They start with Ravel's La Valse and end with Richard Strauss's Suite from Rosenkavalier in the second half, with pianists Martha Argerich and Shin Heae Kang joining for a performance of Poulenc's sparkling Concerto for 2 Pianos.
