Our heroic crime-fighting college student returns for a second series and as he well knows, it ain't easy being a student...

Filmed in state-of-the-art 3-D CGI animation, Max Steel is the story of 19-year old Josh McGrath (Christian Campbell). Following accidental exposure to experimental nanotechnology, his strength and agility are increased tenfold and he gains the unique ability to camouflage his appearance and blend in with any surroundings - and so Max Steel, bionically enhanced super agent, is born.

Together with Rachel Leeds (Shannon Kenny) and child prodigy Berto Martinez (Jacob Vargas), Max is a part of 'Team Steel', and with 'Berto's genius, Rachel's skill and Max's drive, they take on international villains like the mercenary organisation D.R.E.A.D.

As Max Steel, Josh protects the world from the likes of D.R.E.A.D, but as Josh, he's a typical student with his own problems, like getting his work done and living with a girlfriend who doesn't know about his double identity. Josh struggles to keep some semblance of normality, but he's also having the time of his life - with as much attitude as ability, he rarely loses the spark that makes him unique in a way no nanotechnology ever could.
