Dechrau Canu Dechrau Canmol: Y Llwybr Sistersaidd

This week we will be exploring an ancient path measuring 670 miles around Wales - one of Britains longest routes. The Old Cistercian Way connected the ancient abbeys, and on this week's Dechrau Canu Dechrau Canmol, Alwyn Humphreys will explore the path around Mid Wales. He will visit Abbey Cwm Hir in the company of Dr John Davies, before exploring other sites of interest in Llandrindod Wells - Saint Harmon and the ancient church of Saint Cewydd.
