It's Curtoon TimeCurt Visca has been the star, creator, and producer of the award winning cable television show "It's Curtoon Time" since 1989. This half-hour instructional and entertaining drawing show is seen by thousands of avid "curtoonists" (since his name is Curt) in the Cox Communications markets of Orange County and San Diego. Curt dresses as a different character during each show, such as Sammy Surf (surfer), Elvis Parsley (Elvis Impersonator), Vinnie Gret (chef), and Slow Poke Joe (cowboy). He is also "Retro Randy" during Cox Communication's Retro Saturday Mornings which showcases original Sid and Marty Krofft shows from the 1960's and 70's such as H.R. Pufnstuf and Land of the Lost. As the co-author and illustrator of 14 instructional cartooning books, 12 through Rosen Publishing in New York City, Curt also attends Author Fests and community events as an author, illustrator/cartoonist ("Curtoons" cartoon strip), and character from his hit television show.
