The Bill: The Truth Will Out

An investigation is mounted when four-year-old Billy Sullivan goes missing from his father's garden. When CCTV footage comes to light showing Billy getting into a car, the officers start tracing the vehicle, but DS Stevie Moss and DC Jacob Banks soon discover that the number plates are false. They track the car to a local scrap yard and learn that the plates were sold to Peter Grigson. The team trace Peter Grigson, but Billy is not with him. When interrogated, Grigson admits to taking the boy, but claims he dropped him off at a local market and phoned the police. A check on Grigson's phone records show that he was four miles away from the scene and the team race against time to rescue the young tot.
