The Bill: Keep Her Talking

Sgt Stone and PC Leon Taylor find themselves involved in an armed siege after Alan Wilcock reports that his mentally unbalanced ex-wife Carly has locked herself in his house with their young son. When she discharges a firearm, CO19 are called in to diffuse the situation, and Sgt Jo Masters quickly establishes a rapport with the aggrieved woman through an internet link. As the siege continues, information that challenges Alan's testimony comes to light, but tension mounts as Carly becomes increasingly hysterical.
