Reggie Yates joins the soldiers of the 56th Infantry Battalion in Acapulco who are fighting to control the city's powerful and violent drug cartels. Acapulco was once a tourist paradise, but is now the fourth most dangerous city in the world. As the situation spirals out of control, the army have been called in.
