Paul Harrington Musician and singer, Paul Harrington brought a touch of his Eurovision winning magic to The Restaurant show, telling his food story across 6 dishes, steeped in nostalgia. The key role for a guest head chef; is to lead the Kitchen Team and Paul certainly played the part of the Conductor calling on the orchestra of chefs to deliver his top-notch grub. Paul's menu featured 6 classic dishes, which was a major gamble, because everybody in the dining room, including the critics, Marco Pierre White and Rachel Allen had all tasted a version of Paul's menu over the years.Joining resident critics, Marco Pierre White and Rachel Allen was Martin Shanahan, who's travelled up from his restaurant, Fishy Fishy in Kinsale, to join the critics' table. Paul served two fish starters, a crab and spinach roulade with a warm dill sauce, this dish was taken from one of Paul's favourite restaurants, The Trocadero in Dublin 2.
