In Tunisia the spectacular Roman Coliseum at El Jem provides the backdrop for a Floyd cooking sketch, before he samples Moroccan street food while being mesmerised by the snake charmers of Marrakech. Keith also visits a Moroccan vineyard where they grow grapes for Cabernet wine. Dishes prepared in the episode include Tunisian beef stew and briques, chicken tajine with poached prunes and lamb couscous.
