Keith Floyd begins his gastronomic journey of the Mediterranean in Greece as he cooks fish in lemon and dill sauce with sautéed vegetables in a local taverna in Athens. Next he is invited to a wedding in Kranidi, then joins local fishermen on a fishing trip and learns how they cope with the rapidly dwindling sea stocks, before preparing a lamb dish under the monasteries of the Meteora.
