In this episode chef Bryn Williams is busy in the kitchen cooking honey and mustard roast ham, and recreating a classic pavlova with homemade lemon curd and fresh raspberries. Out in the open air kitchen on the Pen Llyn coast, he prepares super fresh oysters with lime and ginger. Bryn learns how to collect honey under the watchful eyes of Gethin and Siwan, local beekeepers in Pentrefoelas, Conwy, and then prepares a peach pudding with some of the honey.
