The Hotel Inspector: Garden Lodge

Fiery Hotel Inspector Alex Polizzi has a difficult task on her hands this week as she attempts to persuade Garden Lodge owner Sue Cooper to overhaul her nine-bedroom guesthouse in Folkestone. Though situated only two miles from the Channel Tunnel, business is far from booming and Sue has cluttered every room with mementos of her brother, who died in the Bali bombings. Can Alex convince Sue that depersonalising her establishment is the only way to gain more custom?
