Taggart: Safer

When anti-domestic violence campaigner Emily Patrick is viciously bludgeoned to death, violent men who held a grudge are at the top of the suspect list. DI Ross and DS Reid conflict over one of the suspects, Kevin Nash, who has reformed and has now remarried. But Ross refuses to back down on the argument, and when Nash's ex-wife is found murdered too, he is determined that he has the right man. But in a moment's madness, Ross does something that jeopardises not only the case, but his entire career.
